The Tillicoultry based Outlet Village is not only seeing its like for like sales growing, but is also attracting new tenants.

Falkirk based Garden Furniture retailer, Gardenfurniture4u, will soon be the latest new addition to the line up at Sterling Mills, and the centre hopes to announce another newcomer within the next few weeks.

The retailer will occupy over 3000 square feet selling a wide range of quality hardwood and teak furniture and accessories from brands such as Alexander Rose and Bramblecrest. Furniture prices will start from as low as £129.

Carol Kerr, owner of Gardenfurniture4u said “We have looked for some time at moving into a higher profile location and Sterling Mills was somewhere we felt gave us a great opportunity to get to a much wider audience.” 

Paul Sutton, Retail Operations Director at the centre commented, “Gardenfurniture4u will add a new dimension to Sterling Mills, bringing a product category that we have not previously had."  He added “we hope to have more news shortly of another addition to our retail offer."
